That’s why having my Bachelor degree in Business administration and a Master’s degree in Marketing Management was not enough for me! Working with a team of apprentices means I learn as much from them as they learn from me.

I am now the Project Manager, supporting the Creative Director in all aspects of the day to day management of our business, and the first point of contact for our apprentices.

I develop the social media marketing plans for each of our clients, and ours as well. My knowledge and experience in the business world, mixed with an inclination towards psychology, brought me to this company, where I can use my both sides of my brain to create the best content and plans for our clients.

As a team we work on the implementation of the strategy, tactics, and actions stated in the plan for each client. I guide and monitor the activities on their social platforms to ensure we follow the plan, so the client’s goals are reached, and everyone is happy.

I believe working in social media marketing is an art. We have to be strategic, analytic, as well as creative, relaxed, and spontaneous.

What I really love about working here is that we learn from each other. Every day is different, and we love to surprise our clients with our creative ideas when we brainstorm and use everyone’s skills for a project.
